With a rich background spanning two decades in education, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge and interpersonal skills to her role as a Sales Associate to Windrose Principal, Sam McGregor. Her career as a teacher and librarian in both primary and secondary schools showcases her profound commitment to learning, communication, and community engagement.

Highly qualified, Jess holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Teaching, a Master's degree in Education (Librarianship), a Graduate Diploma in Modern Languages (French), and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. These credentials underscore her dedication to educational and professional excellence, as well as her commitment to continual personal development.

Outside of her professional life, Jess is deeply family-oriented. She cherishes the time spent with her husband and their three young children, supporting them in various sports and hobbies. As a busy working mum, Jess thrives on creating efficiencies through systems and processes, but she values the irreplaceable human element that comes with quality communication and connection through a good old-fashioned phone call.
