About Jessica Murphy
With over 12 years’ experience as a Registered Marriage Celebrant, Jessica has a heart of gold! She believes in connecting with people and has a warm and engaging personality which she believes will make her clients feel at ease during the selling and buying process. Accompanied with her 18 years in sales, marketing and styling experience, she knows a trick or two about engaging the right audience and making a property stand out from the rest.
Part of her journey with you as her client, is getting to know you, your story, the things that inspire you to sell or buy, and what your lifestyle goals are. It is important to her to understand your dream lifestyle so she can help you achieve that dream. Whether this be your first home, the homely family feeling, the ultimate beach home, the country retreat, or the investment property that will give you strong rental return. What drives you drives her. Relaxed, professional and kind, she will always be there for her clients ensuring their property goals are achieved.
Jessica has been a buyer and seller herself; from buying her first block of land in 2013 where she designed and built her first home, to investing in properties, to then in 2018 buying a block in Kingscliff, where she designed and built the ultimate beach family home, she had dreamed of for her two beautiful children.
As a Kingscliff / Casuarina local she wants to showcase the lifestyle value Northern NSW offers. In her words, “There is no dollar value that will ever get me to move, as there is no better lifestyle then feeling you are on holidays every day of the week. The serene beauty here is priceless, every day I wake up see people relaxed, going to the beach, sharing stories in their front yard, children playing sports, riding bikes from Kingscliff to Cabarita, and I get to work from the local cafes where I am greeted by name. This community has made me feel so welcome from day one. I come home on a Friday and do not get in the car till Monday as there is no where I would rather be then here.”
