Jessie Nguyen

Jessie transitioned to real estate from an architectural background. Upon completing her Bachelor and Masters degree in Architectural Science, she practiced in the design and construction industry for eight years with a core focus on high end residential market. As a property investor she has developed an analytical thirst for economic cycles which enables her to identify real estate potential and opportunities. She is well respected amongst her peers and is highly regarded within her appointed profession.

Jessie understands the concrete path to achieving great outcomes requires a practical approach with great attention to detail and above all, a fierce work ethic. Jessie has a well-crafted flair for customer service after successfully managing a small family business where she mastered her communication and interpersonal networking skills. She is known to be dedicated, compassionate, personable, and approachable. Her fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and Vietnamese has proven to assist her clients in broadening their prospective transactions to a wider clientele.

Upon attaining her Sales Registration in 2020, Jessie assumed a position as a Sales Associate specialising in Perth’s Northern corridor where she amassed over $15M in residential property sales and was extremely humbled to be recognized as one of the top performing Rookies of 2021 in Western Australia by REIWA. In 2023, Jessie was awarded WA’s Professional Achiever Bronze awarded by the Professionals Real Estate body. In continuation with pursuing her passion for real estate and property, Jessie has joined the innovative team at the Modern Agency as she looks forward to assisting you with your real estate endeavours.
