Jim Georgilas has lived in Bass Hill for over 22 years and many local residents know of him and his family from when they volunteered at local football clubs. Jim is a friendly, customer focused, results driven sales professional who has a can do attitude and believes in going above and beyond the normal to achieve outstanding results for his customers. Despite already having great sales communication and negotiation skills, with extensive knowledge of the sales/purchase process and real estate marketing, he is always open to and looking for ways to improve. His extensive experience in customer service, sales and business development roles has allowed Jim the opportunity to travel and service the needs of his customers throughout all of Sydney, South Coast, Central Coast and Newcastle. Honesty and integrity are at the forefront of Jims’ work ethic while understanding that selling a family home for many is a daunting task and a sad time. That is why he strives to provide our clients with a hassle and stress free experience and will hold your hand every step of the way. When not occupied with his work he is committed to his family and friends and staying fit. Jim has held a Real Estate Licence since 2007, is a member of the Estate Agents Co-operative and is an Associate Member of the Australian Valuers Institute.
