John Yannakis

John’s knowledge of Sydney’s property market has been instilled. His grandfather migrated to Australia from Greece following WWI, opened a shop, saved every cent, eventually owning 11 properties in the inner city (including that original shopfront).

Growing up in Randwick, John studied business at the UTS and despite majoring in marketing, he was always destined for sales. Direct and honest, he’s a strong negotiator and easy to work with.

A devoted family man, John loves the Inner West neighbourhoods of Glebe, Forest Lodge, Darlington, Chippendale and Camperdown. Always up for a chat, you’re welcome to pick his brain in English, Greek, or Spanish.
