A fresh and enthusiastic 22-year-old that has an immense passion for real estate and providing the best possible customer service to all clients. Being in the real estate industry since 18 years of age, Josh is a hardworking and dedicated team member to Professionals First Alliance Property Group. Through his confident abilities and fantastic organisational skills Josh strives to meet all of his client’s requirements and ensures he provides them with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

Excelling in fields of communication and analytical skills, Josh thrives on the challenge of putting the best possible deal together for his vendor and putting a smile on the purchaser’s face. Whether it’s helping a client sell their residential property or finding a tenant for an owner’s commercial space Josh ensures that he makes the process as smooth as possible for all involved.

Josh has recently just graduated from Curtin University in which he undertook a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Property Development and Valuation and actively takes his knowledge from his studies into the work force providing him with that extra edge. With a smart understanding of property development Josh is able to use these skills to his advantage when it comes to analysing development sites and appropriately valuing these unique property types.
