Joshua Staines is a seasoned sales professional whose journey through the realms of retail and now real estate has spanned over two decades. Starting in a successful local retail business at the age of 15, Josh honed his craft in retail and cultivated exceptional people skills that seamlessly transitioned into his current role within the local real estate industry.

As a proud addition to Elders Taree, Josh embodies a diverse skill set, earning accreditation as a Real Estate, Stock and Station Agent and an accomplished Auctioneer. His impressive inaugural year in real estate boasts 32 successful property negotiations, encompassing residential homes, villas, acreages, and expansive rural properties, totalling over $19 million in sales since April 2022.

His second year was just as impressive, with 31 successful property negotiations, totalling approximately $16 Million in sales throughout 2023.

For his efforts in 2022 & 2023 Josh was awarded the ‘Rising Star Award’ for 2023 by Elders NSW / ACT which is incredible recognition for his efforts and talent.

Travelling the stunning expanse of the Manning Valley, Josh tirelessly caters to his clients needs driven by a genuine commitment to service. His recent personal milestone of purchasing his first home with his wife Natalie ignited a passion to make the real estate experience as enjoyable for others as it was for him.
