Joyce Kong

Joyce migrated to Perth with her family from Singapore in the year 2003. She has been in the building construction and real estate industry since her graduation with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering in UK.

She had previously worked as a Structural Engineer, a Project Manager and a Director of a building construction firm for 20 years in Singapore. She continues to dedicate herself in the real estate industry in Perth, specializing in the sales of houses and land.

Joyce speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew and Hokkien. She enjoys sharing the love and joy of being a Christian. Joyce loves meeting people and cherishes their friendship.

Strong work ethic, commitment, hardworking and dedication are the result of Joyce’s success. Joyce believes her being a real estate agent is not just about selling houses but with the desire in fulfilling the dreams of the people around her for a better life.
