Juanita Russell

After making the switch from retail, Juanita has 6 years experience in Property management, with a strong focus on client experience and building lasting client relationships.

Following a successful 2 year stint working as a property manager in Canberra, where she was an Achievement Award Finalist at the 2018 REIACT awards, Juanita moved with her partner and 2 children to Warrnambool at the start of 2019 to be closer to family. She is very passionate about property management and strives to provide excellent outcomes and a great experience for all her clients.

Juanita has completed her Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and led the Wilsons property management team to achieving the Property Management Team of the Year (small to medium rent roll) award in the Australasian Real Estate Awards in 2021.

Outside of work, Juanita enjoys spending time with her family, going camping and heading to the beach. She also has a love of netball and is a part of the South Warrnambool Football Netball Club.
