Julie has been with us for a decade and sold more than 200 properties in that time. She has over 20 years experience in sales both locally and abroad having worked for an American company in Korea with American, Japanese and European clients. Julie is fluent in English and Korean, with good communication skills in Japanese and is well known in the northern district area.

Educated in business, leadership and management, Julie has also expanded her skillset to include qualifications in marketing and communications. She strives to communicate with clarity, accuracy and transparency and consistently manages to convey a sense of integrity and respect when dealing with clients' questions and concerns. She is particularly skilled at communicating with people from different backgrounds and is able to apply

specialised customer service to meet her clients’ needs.
