As Director of Kennedy Learmont since 2010, Karen's experience includes sales, leasing and property management of a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial and retail properties across Sydney in addition to building management services.

Moving from a career in fast paced shopping centre marketing and PR Consulting for national brands, this gave Karen a unique understanding of retail and business which continues to be integral to sourcing and matching properties to the requirements of clients.

While the focus of successful transactions centres on the north shore including Artarmon, Chatswood and Lane Cove, leasing and management of prime commercial and industrial properties extends from Macquarie Park, Banksmeadow, Hornsby, Seven Hills to Revesby and Brookvale.
