Hi, I’m Real Estate Kate! As the number one real estate sales agent in Maryborough, Victoria, and the Central Goldfields, I’m passionate about property and absolutely love helping people achieve their property sales objectives and home-buying dreams.

I’ve been in the property industry since 2002. For most of those years, I have worked with the agency Ballarat Real Estate, where I assisted in establishing our Maryborough office and am a member of the managerial team.

As a gold mining area, we have an eclectic mix of houses, from 1800s heritage homes to mid-century properties, modern builds, and new housing estates established in the last 20 years. I list around a hundred properties for sale each year, and my average sale price is $350,000, but I have also sold homes with prices in the millions.

My career highlights include speaking at AREC, Australia’s largest real estate conference, where I shared my real estate journey with 4,500 property professionals. I’ve also won Rate My Agent’s Sales Agent Of The Year for Maryborough, Victoria, several years in a row, and have been a national finalist in Real Estate Business’s Women Of The Year awards.
