I have been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and I absolutely love my job.
My promise to you is to work to achieve a premium price for your property, give you great communication during the sales process and to make this very stressful situation as simple as I possibly can. My business is predominantly referral based or repeat business from happy clients. One of my clients referred to the sale process as ‘a well oiled machine’.
My family includes my husband Charles, daughter Cara and son Anthony. My favourite past times are eating fine food, drinking fine wine and having a good time with family and friends.
My educational achievements include a Bachelor of Education, Diploma of Teaching and Real Estate Manager’s License. I have a genuine enthusiasm for helping people and this combined with good communication and negotiation skills achieves the goal of providing the best possible results for my clients. I strive to have a happy seller and a happy buyer at the end of the sales process.
My most memorable moment in real estate was an auction at Glen Osmond where the last bid was $2.4 million. I was able to elevate the bid through negotiation and finally selling the property under the hammer at $2.9 million.
