    About Kelli Crouch, 312872 RLA

    Since 2017, Kelli has spearheaded ResortBrokers’ expansion in South Australia and the Northern Territory.

    During that time, Kelli has established herself as a highly regarded motel and caravan park specialist across this vast region, and has sold 59 accommodation assets worth more than $130 million in total.

    Kelli’s impressive sales record was recognised with two ResortBrokers’ awards for FY23: Broker of the Year and Top Volume Broker. In FY24, Kelli’s attention to detail, which has laid the foundation for her impressive sales record, was acknowledged with ResortBrokers’ Administration Excellence Award.

    Kelli’s notable sales include Presidential Accommodation & Suites (Mount Gambier), Timber Creek Hotel & Caravan Park, Alexander Motel Whyalla, Kingsley Motel & Cabernet Restaurant (Manjimup), Bompas of Beachport and Bonnies of Beachport, Mud Hut Motel (Coober Pedy), Country Roads Motor Inn (Naracoote), Wallaroo Beachfront Tourist Park and Mirambeena Motel (Whyalla).

    Occasionally, Kelli works on deals outside her zone. In 2024, she conjuncted with a fellow ResortBrokers’ agent for the sale of Ibis Styles Albany in Western Australia. She also sold Sands Caravan Park (Leopold) and Mid City Motel Warrnambool, both in Victoria.

    A true industry all-rounder, Kelli works confidently across all asset types — from small leases to large freehold going concerns — and all asset classes from caravan parks to hotels, motels and roadhouses.

    “The nice thing about my patch is that it’s not just caravan parks or motels or leases,” says Kelli. “We’re spread across all asset classes and we’re spread across scale as well. We take on properties big and small.”

    Prior to joining ResortBrokers, Kelli forged a highly successful 15-year career with Bacardi Lion Pty Ltd, the largest privately owned spirits company in the world. Her remarkable achievements in sales, distribution and market growth were recognised when she was appointed Territory Manager then State Sales Manager (SA/NT). Kelli’s exceptional leadership skills in promoting a culture based on trust and respect led to her being awarded Leader of the Year in 2011 and being nominated for the same award in 2015. She was also recognised by her industry peers as runner-up for Thirsty Camel’s 2013 Supplier of the Year award.
