Our Partner and Sales Agent, Kendall Devine, has a natural flair for real estate and is an asset to our team. With entering the industry in 2004 and a background in leasing consultancy, Kendall loves her chosen career for the diverse challenges that it offers every day. She thrives on the opportunity to constantly meet new people and will not give up until an exceptional result has been achieved for her clients.

Kendall was drawn to Nolan Partners because of the company’s strong desire to lead the way with innovative, quality marketing, and enjoys the energy of working with a highly motivated team. She brings a fresh and honest approach to her role, and her energy and affable personality are immediately apparent upon meeting her. Her determination, professionalism, and enthusiasm ring true in her clients’ testimonials. Complementing her passion for real estate with formal qualifications, Kendall is a fully licensed real estate agent/ auctioneer and has completed her Certificate IV in Property Services.

Having spent her childhood on the Coffs Coast, she has a comprehensive knowledge of all that it has to offer, specialising in the areas of Boambee East, Toormina and Bonville. She loves the lifestyle the area provides. So much so, that after several years working in the metropolitan Brisbane market, she returned to Coffs Harbour to give her children the same idyllic, coastal life.
