Starting on reception with a Real Estate Developer in Claremont 30 years ago this has taken Kim on an amazing journey through Real Estate from managing commercial and retail centres to being a well respected and sought after sales consultant in the market place today. Her expert knowledge and genuine honest nature has led to a successful career and built some long lasting client relationships.

Now the proud owner of her own business 'Koch & Co' she looks forward to the future with enthusiasm and passion to continue the journey and to keep bringing success to her clients in their Real Estate needs ,whether selling or managing property.

With the sale of some of Perth's prestigious property to her credit and many industry awards, along with a television appearance on This Day Tonight for presenting to the market the area's most unusual property, her creative marketing ability is a credit to her.

On a personal note,Kim's love of animals along with being a keen horse person, see's her bring home a collection of sick and stray animals, her lifelong passion for horses has seen her in events and the owner of many.

She has two wonderful children, both with successful careers of their own now and she looks forward to building her new business, another adventure in life.
