About Kristian Morris
As the owner and director of Ray White Commercial Sydney City Fringe, my team includes commercial sales agents and asset managers. Specialising in the city fringe; namely key business districts across the inner west and eastern suburbs, we look after a broad range of commercial assets that make up the business community, from family businesses to office spaces and development sites.
As a businessman and natural salesperson, who enjoys working with other business owners, commercial real estate is a natural fit for me. Partnering with Ray White has given me and my team the opportunity to be part of a large family business with more than a century of real estate expertise. Our shared values include hard work, developing strong relationships and finding wealth building strategies through commercial assets for our clients.
My first career was in fashion, starting on the shop floor I worked my way up to owning my own retail stores in central Sydney and Melbourne. After twenty years I was ready for something new, so drawing on experiences with retail stores and the fashion industry, alongside experience buying and leasing properties, I moved into commercial real estate and have not looked back.
With proud Italian and Australian heritage, I live in the inner west and understand the drive in my clients to build intergenerational wealth through opportunities such as building a business and commercial property investment. People sometimes say there’s no emotion in commercial property, but I disagree. Many of my clients have long-standing, family-run businesses. With these clients the relationship often runs deep, as my team and I become key advisors in their business and firm friends for life.
Running my own agency gives me the freedom and opportunity to draw upon my high energy, life experiences and business acumen. When it comes to my commercial property team, I expect a lot but also give a lot. I enjoy the buzz of dealing with entrepreurs, helping others achieve their goals, and the opportunity to solve problems. Much of my work comes through word-of-mouth referrals which demonstrates the strength of relationship I have with clients. My team and I prioritise face-to-face conversations, are generous with market insights, and proactive in identifying opportunities and bringing them to our clients.
At Ray White Commercial Sydney City Fringe, we handle a wide range of commercial assets, including retail, office, industrial, mixed use and development sites. Being part of my clients’ businesses, and adding value to the many city business districts and communities within a few kilometers of the CBD are the most rewarding parts of my job. Plus we love sharing in celebrations and wins!
