Kristie’s journey in real estate began in mid-1995 when she started as a trainee receptionist with Elders in Bangalow. Her dedication and passion for the industry quickly propelled her forward, leading her to a role as Head of Property Management & Business Development at Elders Lennox Head. Over the past five years, Kristie has earned accolades such as the Elders Property Management Team of the Year and the Rate My Agent #1 in Property Management, reflecting her exceptional expertise and client-focused approach.

Outside of work, Kristie enjoys camping and cherishing time with friends and family. Her family is a central part of her life, with her son Jedd, daughters Chaise and Archer, daughter-in-law Stella, and grandson Koah all playing significant roles in her life. A substantial portion of her personal time is devoted to her daughters’ football  and jujitsu clubs, highlighting her commitment to nurturing and supporting her family’s interests.
