Going back to 2006, I obtained my Real Estate Certificate, I was ready to take on the world of Real Estate. At the optimistic, young age of 18 my first day of my working life, I was thrown straight into the deep end, needless to say I learnt to swim very quickly.

I’ve worked for some big brands and agencies on the coast over the past 14 years, I’ve met and worked with some great people, however I have always thought there must be a better way. I soon discovered I have an obsession for process and procedures, having the right systems in place ensures a smooth operation on a daily basis. I found a way to escape being the stereotypical “Property Manager”. I took ownership of my clients and their homes and treated them like my own. Gaining the trust of my clients sets me apart from the rest, when you start working "with" someone instead of "for" someone, the difference is quite remarkable.

As a property owner myself, I completely understand the value of the hard work you put in to obtain an investment property. I understand the importance of your property being maintained to a very high standard, not only by your tenant but also by the agent you selected to manage your Investment. I understand the need to ensure funds are paid on time and disbursed without delay. I understand the importance of being available on the phone and email, it's all about getting a quick, simple response to you within a reasonable time frame, regardless of the issue raised, I believe clear, precise and updated communication is key. I understand all of this because I am also a Property Investor and I want to give you the same measure of service that I expect from myself.

From a very early age I always knew I wanted to work in Real Estate. I didn’t know in what capacity at the start, however learning the industry from the ground up and from some very well-known industry leaders, I now have a better understanding of what I want to achieve.

Simply put - Customer Satisfaction, a truly genuine interaction every time while setting an extremely high bench mark of service with all my daily dealings for all of my clients.

Honesty, Integrity and Passion ! Without these attributes you simply have nothing.
