If you have bought and sold in the Clarence Valley in the last 15 years, there is a very good chance you have met Kylie Swift (previously Kylie Pearson). Kylie studied and commenced her career in 2008 in a Wooli real estate agency, later joining another Franchise office in 2010 in her birth town of Grafton.

Highly ambitious, driven and often direct, Kylie hit the ground running and for several years, she found herself in the Top Performing 5 Agents in her State Group. In 2012 she was acknowledged in the Top 10 Performers Nationwide within her brand and in 2014 she bought into her business with a focus on sales growth and training new agents.

In 2019 it became apparent, that the traditional model of real estate no longer reflected her values, and so she sold her Franchise business share. Her new model of business is a fresh mix of traditional real estate principals with a deliberate focus on quality of service and incomparable results, over quantity of sales per annum.
