Laura is a long term Territorian and as the Director and as the Director of Colliers NT Commercial Property Management division, Laura is responsible for delivering the high standards of skills and service for which Colliers are renowned.

From 2011 through until 2022 Laura held the position of Property and Leasing Manager for Paspaley Pearls Properties where she managed various properties including the 20,000 square metres Charles Darwin tower on Darwin's Smith Street mall along with other properties including Broome Shopping Centre in W.A (anchored by Coles, Australia Post & Best and Less) comprising 27 tenancies. This Centre enjoys high occupancy with its vacancy profile never exceeding 5%.

Laura's exceptional communication skills and conflict management abilities provide comfort and surety to the many clients who rely on her on a daily basis.

Laura is responsible for developing management strategies including tenant relations, negotiating lease renewals and creative problem solving where she continually exceeds clients expectations.
