Lucy Werchon

Licensed Agent, Lucy Werchon, is no stranger to the property industry; in fact, as younger half-sister to Director Amber, you could say real estate is in her DNA – it is a taking the sisterhood to the next level, in charge of AWP’s sister office!

Since commencing her career at AWP, Lucy has worked across a number of roles to improve her skill set and knowledge, including Executive Assistant to high-performing Agents, data management, client liaison, marketing, and contracts.

A diligent worker with excellent organisational skills; Lucy is confident and competitive, with the very brightest of futures in this challenging and rewarding industry. She is highly motivated, relishes working in a team environment, and has a vibrant, positive demeanour that makes her instantly likeable.

Being young and enthusiastic, Lucy adopts a fresh approach, and is always up to date with the latest social media trends and innovative methods to market and present property. She is relaxed, and down to earth; putting her clients at ease - taking them on a journey that minimises stress along the way, and stays focussed on the end result.

Lucy holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), as well as various other certificates in sport and fitness. When not working, Lucy enjoys spending time quality time with her family, going to the beach, exercise, and holidays in exotic locations.

Lucy is the Director of L Werchon Pty Ltd, working in conjunction with Amber Werchon Property.
