Luke has over 20 years commercial property experience across a broad range of commercial and industrial asset classes, with a particular emphasis on the leasing and selling of CBD and fringe CBD commercial office developments.
Luke commenced his career in real estate working for his family’s business Jim Pavlos & Associates while studying Property and Marketing at Curtin University. Upon graduating in 2002 Luke joined Landgate where he spent four years as a Graduate Valuer, undertaking a variety of valuations in both the Perth metropolitan area and country town regions.
Upon obtaining his Valuation Licence, Luke moved to DTZ (Cushman & Wakefield) where he spent 2 years as a commercial valuer, specialising in fringe CBD assets. In early 2008 he made the transition to DTZ’s Capital Markets team where he was instrumental in widening the company’s client base, increasing their commercial portfolio and generating a CBD presence for the company in Office lease and sale transactions.
In 2013 Luke moved to Lease Equity where he spent 8 years as Director of their Capital Markets Division. Luke was instrumental in building a commercial presence to what was predominantly a retail agency, where he was directly responsible for several high-profile properties and client portfolios working for local, national and international clients.
He negotiated one of the largest CBD office deals in 2018 (Rio Tinto – 6,500sqm*) and has acted as an expert advisor to several very high-profile tenants for requirements ranging from 100sqm – 11,000sqm.
Luke is highly regarded and an expert in the commercial sector priding himself on an ability to problem solve and make the difficult seem easy. His broad base industry knowledge and analytical background has seen him develop a reputation for providing exceptional client service with an emphasis on adding value to his clients (Landlord, tenant, advocate, buyer, or seller) transactional experience.
He Joins Ray White Commercial WA as Director of Commercial Services where he will be responsible for covering all commercial Office transactions including leasing, pre commitment negotiations and capital transitions.
