Maddie is an enthusiastic and driven member of the Real Estate industry, currently completing her Certificate IV in Property Services as she continues to grow her knowledge and experience in the field. Her journey began in 2024, stepping into the industry as a receptionist, where her professionalism and strong communication skills quickly set her apart. In just a short time, she’s progressed to become a Sales Associate to Shane Hilaire in 2025—a role that reflects both her dedication and her potential.

With a cheerful outlook and a great sense of humour, Maddie brings a sense of ease and positivity to every interaction. She loves the ever-evolving nature of Real Estate and the chance it gives her to meet new people from all walks of life. Whether she's assisting buyers in finding their perfect home or supporting the team behind the scenes, Maddie thrives on making genuine connections and seeing goals come to life.
