Madeline Kennedy

While most would agree that few good things came from 2020, for Madeline it prompted a permanent move to the Mornington Peninsula, and to joining our team after a highly successful real estate career in Melbourne.

Anyone with experience in buying or selling property in the Stonnington area will likely know of, or have dealt with Madeline. She has worked as a sales professional for over twenty years and as a Director, carving out an enviable reputation for the results she has achieved and as a fine role model and mentor to many young agents. She is known and respected for the integrity, passion and meticulous attention to detail she applies to everything she undertakes.

Initially attracted to a career in real estate for the opportunity it offered to help people achieve their property aspirations, she still loves the variety her job provides in terms of clients, personalities and of course properties; “everyday has the potential to produce a new challenge, project or adventure” says Madeline. Her passion for what she does remains as strong as ever and she considers herself very fortunate to have developed close and lasting relationships with so many of her clients, often over the course of multiple sales and purchases.

Together with her family, Madeline now calls Flinders home and is happily embedded in the local community. With her busy work and family life as a mum to two young children, Madeline keeps fit by running and walking. She loves time spent in her garden and enjoying the outdoors at the beach and in the bush, and sampling the region’s incredible variety of wineries and restaurants.
