Mark Lycos is a licenced real estate agent for North Coast Lifestyle Properties covering the Brunswick Heads, Ocean Shores, Mullumbimby and surrounding real estate markets.

Mark has 25 years experience in the building trade, initially as a qualified Architectural Draftsman, thereafter within hands on domestic building work and ultimately to Business Management for one of the local area’s biggest building supply companies.

Mark commenced his Real Estate career back in March 2004. His many years of building and administrative skills have proven to be an ideal attribute that is often applied to providing the best advice and ideas to both real estate sellers and buyers within the real estate industry.

During his time as a local real estate agent, Mark has achieved historic record high prices within each of his specialist localities; New Brighton, South Golden Beach and Ocean Shores.
