With a real estate career spanning nearly two decades, Mathew Chugg is a highly respected leader in the Tasmanian property market. Since joining the Hobart team in 2015, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and driving year-on-year growth in the residential sales department.

Before stepping into senior management in 2017, Mathew spent time on the front lines of sales, gaining firsthand insight into the evolving needs of clients and the industry. His leadership excellence has been widely recognized, earning him both the National Leadership Award in 2018 and the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania’s Leadership Award in 2019.

Mathew’s expertise extends beyond residential sales, with a background that includes senior management in a statewide agency, as well as valuable experience in commercial real estate and property management.
