Matt Bunder
About Matt Bunder
To say Matt Bunder is an industry veteran is no understatement, he’s been selling real estate in the northern suburbs since his rookie days back in 2004.
Just ask him how long it takes to get through the local shops at Evanston Park, where he’s lived for 20 years, when he pops down for some milk and bread, chatting with past clients along the way!
After spending his formative years on a farm on the West Coast of South Australia and later at Port Lincoln, Matt spent nine years in the air force, and he’s proud that two of his sons have subsequently joined the Australian military.
Like many parents of adult kids, Matt and partner Julie have also inherited some pets, with one of his sons understandably unable to move with them in the Navy. Siberian Huskies Loki and Freya do their best to keep Matt busy after hours with neighbourhood walks.
In his spare time, Matt loves local sports, such as football and basketball and fishing is a favourite pastime from his youth that he still enjoys. He believes the best way to eat oysters is fresh off the rocks. (Spoken like a true Eyre Peninsula local).
Specialising in his own neighbourhood of Evanston Park, Matt has also sold property from as far north as Stansbury on the Yorke Peninsula, Riverton in the Mid North, Swan Reach in the Riverland right through to Ferryden Park.
Matt is dedicated to his clients and aims to provide the highest customer service, the best possible price along with a happy, smooth, enjoyable and stress free real estate experience.
Known for his straight-down-the-line, no nonsense approach, Matt has seen a big evolution in real estate over the past (almost) two decades, and he continues to enjoy the changing dynamics of the local real estate environment.
