Matt Clifton

Matt Clifton is one of the most experienced and highly credentialed property all-rounders in Bathurst. He’s also a popular real estate commentator on local radio station 2BS.

After cutting his teeth in the competitive Sydney property market in the 1970s and 1980s, Matt who is a licensed real estate agent, a licensed strata manager and a qualified auctioneer joined Raine & Horne Bathurst as a principal in 1990.

While always actively maintaining a role as a sales agent, Matt, is responsible for the administration and operations of Raine & Horne Bathurst, while also steering its hugely successful property management business.

Starting with a small pool of property managements in the early 1990s, Matt and his team are now responsible for more than 1000 residential and commercial properties. This makes Raine & Horne Bathurst the Number 1 for property management in town.

Commercial leasing and sales are another string in the Matt Clifton bow. Under his guidance, Raine & Horne Bathurst has built a highly successful commercial property division that specialises in office, industrial and retail sales and leasing, and property management.

Matt’s real estate diversity is also a major point of difference for Raine & Horne Bathurst, as it is very rare for a director of a real estate office to be so closely involved in every aspect of the operation.
