Matt Healey

After ten years of service in ship and airborne roles with the Royal Australian Navy, Matt transitioned into the real estate industry on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in 1990. He began his property career with Ray White Avalon and Laing + Simmons Mona Vale. In 1998, Matt opened his own independent agency in Elanora Heights, which he successfully operated for a decade.

Matt has always believed that to sell an area effectively, you need to truly love it. Born and raised on the Northern Beaches, he was naturally drawn to places with surf, natural beauty, and a strong sense of community.

Having holidayed in Pacific Palms since his teens, Matt saw many similarities to where he grew up. So, when the opportunity arose in 2008 to live and work in this stunning region, he embraced it enthusiastically - beautiful lakes, beaches, a great community, and no traffic. What’s not to love?

Matt lives at Blueys Beach with his wife Ginny, their two children, and three dogs.
