Since becoming the Principal of the Ray White Nambour office, this has made it easier as Nambour is the "Heart of the Hinterland" and a hub for buyers looking to find properties that are usable. It helps that he and his family live on acreage themselves, they manage cattle as well as horses and understand what people want and need to know when buying property.

Matt comes from a motorsport background, and has successfully raced for and with some of the sports top teams and drivers both nationally and internationally. Nambour was the foundation area for the Sunshine Coast, and the town centre still shows the hallmarks of a country town.
