About Matt Poustie

Matt is a highly motivated, organised and experienced property agent with an infectious positive energy and a keen focus on client satisfaction.

As a fifth-generation Richardson family member (son of Liza Richardson and nephew of Will Richardson) he is ideally suited to his role as the Real Estate Sales Manager, working within the sales team and alongside Will Richardson, Tony Hyde, Ken McDonald & Eric Foster.

Prior to embarking on his career in real estate in 2011, Matt majored in Commercial Law and Marketing at Deakin University where he achieved a Bachelors of Commerce with Distinction.

Soon after he worked at Hockingstuart servicing the Bayside market of Melbourne and after 7 enjoyable years there he made the decision to return to Geelong to continue his real estate passion and to work for the family business.

Away from his busy work schedule, Matt enjoys spending his leisure time swimming in the bay, walking his border collie Frankie and spending time with his wife Charlotte.
