Matthew Lay

Matthew Lay is a true local, born and bred in Kiama. With real estate in his blood, (and the hot topic of many discussions around the kitchen table) Matthew joined Ray White Kiama and started his career as a Sales Associate working alongside Principal Michele Lay and has established himself as a well respected and integral member of the Ray White Kiama sales team. Matthew has recently married Jessica, also a Kiama local. They enjoy living locally and extol the benefits of the Kiama area regularly to their friends and colleagues.

Matthew realises that any Vendor’s objective is to maximize the sale price of their property and that it is his role to help them achieve that with as little stress as possible.  Using a combination of thorough preparation, proven Ray White marketing strategies, market knowledge and “good old fashioned” hard work he has delivered record results and exceeds Vendors expectations time and time again.

Having a cool head and a strong desire to succeed, he has successfully negotiated a number of record sales for both vendors and purchasers alike.
