Max Manning

Max is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and an accredited member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.

He has worked in Real Estate for over 35 years in the Outer Eastern suburbs and Yarra Valley. Throughout this time, he has gained valuable experience in both rural, residential and off-the-plan sales, receiving many sales and listing awards throughout his career.

Max is a result driven Sales and Listing specialist, who has a valuable reputation for integrity and results. Max believes the key to real estate sales is a strong marketing campaign, constant communication, strong negotiation, follow-up and honest advice to represent your best interest. He has a thorough understanding of the real estate industry and the ability and experience to handle changing market conditions. Max sincerely believes that he has an obligation to provide his clients with the information necessary for them to make an informed decision.

Max is acutely aware that his job involves much more than selling property. For him, it is about people’s dreams and expectations. It is a huge responsibility that Max takes very seriously. He is dedicated to providing each client with the BEST possible service. Max and his wife Sharyn have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren and have strong ties to the local area and the community.

Max has served the community as a registered Justice of the Peace for 25 years.
