Max Stephens, a seasoned local deeply rooted in the Lower North Shore community, serves as our Sales & Leasing Executive at RWC Sydney North. With a sharp focus on maximizing Landlord’s profitability, Max leverages his understanding of community preferences to find the correct tenant for all of their properties.

Growing up locally, Max possesses crucial understanding of his community’s needs, ensuring that the correct businesses are placed in effective locations. With a keen interest to constantly develop his skills, Max’s drive and thirst for success allows him to develop strong relationships with any client he works with and achieve optimal results consistently.

First and foremost a professional, Max is able to communicate between two parties within any transaction with each, negotiating to meet the needs of all efficiently and effectively, resulting in positive outcomes every time.

Currently completing a Commerce Degree and recently completed his Real Estate License, Max is dedicated to honing his studies to progress his skills in his professional career, developing an innate understanding of analytical and financial skills required to assist clients.
