Melanie McDonald is a dedicated Licensed Real Estate Agent. She is determined to make her mark in the industry, not only for personal career satisfaction, but also to provide a fulfilling life for her children.

In addition to completing her Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on marketing, Melanie has spent her entire working life in people facing roles. As a result, she has mastered the art of building genuine connections, leading with honest communication and commitment to achieving the best results.

Joining the Cutcliffe team in 2022, Melanie is proud to work for a family owned and operated company, which she describes as "not your typical real estate agency", motivating and encouraging one another to deliver sincere service and tailored marketing.

Melanie recalls one listing in particular that touched her heart: a 25 acre property in Glenorie where the owners had raised their children and grandchildren in a home they had built. This sale filled her with nostalgia for her own Hills District upbringing, reminding her of the value of creating a home filled with love and pride.
