About Michael Ferris

Michael Ferris opened his own real estate office in 2012 where he quickly found a passion to deliver a “better result”. In 2016 his energy and passion found it’s way from residential real estate and the owner of two offices, into large scale Land Subdivision sales and marketing. Revolutionising this space in Torquay and surrounds by innovative and vendor focused strategies he has managed to increase project values. In 2019 Eliza and Michael sought to offer the residential real estate market a new, fresh and premium approach to real estate, Ferris Gold was born.
