I have been consulting across agency and listed property trusts for over 13 years.
My approach is far from transactional. I strive to help Landlords and retailers facilitate and nurture transactions where each party is set up to succeed.
My career has seen me advising businesses and property owners in all Australian states and territories and I continue to operate nationally today, splitting my time between WA and the Eastern states.
Through my F and B retail consultancy business on the East coast, I’m given a first look at all major development centres around Australia and bring this knowledge first-hand back to WA to help pioneer a diversified, world-class retail experience here in Perth.
I specialise in shopping centres both leasing and sales, greenfield feasibilities and delivery, and food and beverage consultancy and have negotiated deals for large, premier food and beverage retailers, to boutique food and wine bars, all of which receive the same level of service and expert advice.
My strength is finding the right tenant and presenting them with opportunities that make sense for their business. This generally means the landlords’ investment is secure, and the business occupying their property is set up for success, resulting in a long-term partnership between the two parties.
I’ve worked across prominent developments such as Enex100 and Brookfield Place and on the tenant side, I’ve represented rollouts for key retailers such as Messina, Zeus Street, Huxtaburger, Royal Stacks, just to name a few. Rest assured I come with a broad range of experience working across various retail classes.
With a natural knack for communication and the backing of strong industry knowledge, I’ve been able to build long-term relationships with retailers and landlords alike, and as a result, have developed a strong position in the industry which I’m confident your business or property portfolio can benefit from.
