Michelle McGavigan

Beginning her real estate career in 2022, Michelle McGavigan joined the Cutcliffe Properties team in an Administration role. With great enthusiasm, she is learning the ins and outs of property management in pursuit of her certification.

As someone who has always been a people person with an outgoing personality, it’s only fitting that Michelle’s path would lead her to real estate. She loves interacting with people from all walks of life and finds genuine satisfaction in assisting her coworkers in matching properties with quality tenants.

Being relatively new to the industry, Michelle is grateful for Cutcliffe’s good structure, effective communication, and supportive nature, which sets them apart from competitors. Moreover, she believes they collectively understand the value of rolling up one’s sleeves and doing hard work while encouraging fun social events to build camaraderie.

While Michelle’s roots are in Penrith, she relishes working in the Hawkesbury region, thanks to its country charms and laidback community. Outside work, she enjoys the great outdoors, whether cruising on a boat on Port Hacking or attending music festivals, but most of all, she treasures time spent with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
