Myles Cosgrove
About Myles Cosgrove
Myles was born in Mackay and raised on the 11115 acre family grain and cattle farm operation in Clermont. To this day Myles is still proud to have played for the Clermont Bears in junior rugby league; and to be the school captain for St Josephs Primary School in Clermont. After completing his senior education at St. Brendan's College in Yeppoon, Myles chose to return to the family farm. Myles formed a successful partnership with his father John, improving profitability by setting area records which in turn helped sell the property for a premium price.
In 2002 Myles moved to Toowoomba to pursue other business ventures.
Myles is a carpenter by trade and has worked in the building industry gaining valuable knowledge which he brought to Ray White Toowoomba in April 2010.
From his past work experiences and business ventures Myles has gained valuable experience and knowledge of the real estate sector. Myles has passion for marketing and selling income producing properties, hobby farms and lifestyle properties.
Myles believes that continuous effort will overcome any obstacle and strives to deliver a premium price, in the quickest time and with little hassle for all buyers.
The team at Ray White Toowoomba & Ray White Rural Toowoomba suggest that successful selling of property is a function of marketing (strategy and exposure), systems and processes, presentation services, market knowledge, productive communication, negotiating, team approach and driving the process (hard work).
