About Nathan Petersen
Nathan Petersen moved to the Mt Perry region from Rockhampton in December 2021 with his wife and daughters. He relocated so he could provide his family with a rural upbringing and a slower pace of life.
Nathan is a trade qualified carpenter and completed his carpentry apprenticeship in 1992. He specialises in Queenslander timber homes, and his career has spanned over thirty years. Nathan is active in the community and he has assisted the Mt Perry primary school when they’ve required a cleaner, while he runs his own business as the Principal of the only Mt Perry-based real estate agency. His real estate promotes the North Burnett and Fraser Coast regions widely and Nathan is happy to say, he has welcomed new families to the area.
Nathan enjoys the natural environment and the outdoor lifestyle Mt Perry provides. Nathan has a focus on health and fitness and during the summer season, he travels with the southern waterski circuit to compete in slalom, trick and jump categories. His goal is to qualify for the world championships.
Nathan joined the executive committee of Mount Perry Community Development Board to fulfil his sense of community, and to provide insight and support to the many projects on foot.
