Nathan was recruited to the Cutcliffe team after being recognised as a natural leader and skilled negotiator. Anyone who knows him would attest to his self-starter energy, and his involvement in and around the real estate market for 26 years has given him a unique ability to understand complex property transactions.

Recently Nathan has kicked some superb career goals. In December 2021 he sold over 50 million dollars' worth of property, and over 12 million dollars' worth in just Putty and Howes Valley in 2021.

Having grown up in the beautiful Hills District and now living in the pristine Hawkesbury, Nathan has local knowledge and connections spanning 2 councils which can't be bought or taught. He's involved in various community groups and he also assists with mentoring young business people.
