Business was always a part of Nouha Mohtadi's life, as she was born into a family of entrepreneurs. She has managed and owned multiple restaurants, cafes, and events companies in prime locations across Victoria over the past 25 years. At one point, four of her businesses were all operating at once!
After developing various business concepts, Nouha ultimately decided to join LINK. For the past 11 years, she has been integral to LINK's sales team. In addition to her success as a business broker, she has also established herself as an authority in real estate, investment, mentoring and coaching.
Always driven to achieve excellence, Nouha has also achieved qualifications as a Licensed Estate Agent and is passionate about constantly honing and perfecting her skills and knowledge.

Consequently, she puts a strong emphasis on the qualification process, taking great care to vet the credibility of every prospective purchaser she introduces to vendors. She is highly strategic in her approach to facilitating introductions between purchasers and vendors to avoid damaging existing relationships and connections.
Additionally, she takes the time to educate vendors about the realities of the business sale process in order to prevent them from having unrealistic expectations.

Within Nouha's first year as a business broker, she closed the second highest business sale at LINK Melbourne. She had sold a chain of vitamin stores as a private sale without having to present the business to the market. She has done the same for many other businesses through the years, owing to her extensive network of purchasers and high level of trust among clients. Having completed her qualifications, Nouha is now a fully Licensed Estate Agent.
