She is active with Wolumla Estate, a development of 363 land lots between Bega and Merimbula, with more than half of State 1 lots sold before formal marketing even began. And Omania’s smiling face has been on many ‘for sale’ signs for multiple other high-quality, modern developments, including Mizu, Kailani, Kusa and more.
