Growing up in Westleigh and attending Thornleigh West Primary School and Pennant Hills High School, Patrick has been part of the local community his whole life including many sporting clubs: Thornleigh and West Pennant Hills soccer clubs & Thornleigh baseball to name a few. Patrick, his wife and three daughters currently reside in Thornleigh. ’We love the area and see it as a great place to bring up a family’.

Having joined the Soames team 20 years ago, Patrick started his career as a junior agent where he progressed through to the sales division and now oversees the sales team. Patrick believes in providing every one of his clients with a high level of service, strong communication and logical advice when it comes to the marketing, negotiation, and preparation of the property for sale.

Patrick has handled the sale of hundreds of properties and it’s this experience that gives him the skill, experience, and insight to successfully navigate you through the selling process. Patrick approaches the sale of homes methodically, using a tried and tested formula. He doesn’t believe the selling process needs to be complicated. Operating with a team of specialised agents who have designated responsibilities to ensure all aspects of the selling process are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
