Patrick O'Callaghan

Patrick is a third generation property professional with over 17 years experience in the property industry. Throughout Patrick’s career he has worked in various sectors of the market including commercial, retail, medical, childcare, industrial and residential transacting in excess of AU$500 million in property. Key to each transaction is Patrick’s passion for helping people achieve the absolute best outcome based on real data and his extensive market knowledge. Prior to jointly founding O & Co Group, Patrick worked in two global real estate agency firms where he specialised in the advisory and sale of development sites, commercial, retail medical and industrial buildings. He has built strong trusting relationships with key groups within the market, from local high net worth family offices, institutions and offshore family offices mainly from Malaysia and Singapore where Patrick’s wife ‘Ping’ was born and still has family. Patrick’s passion for numbers, trusting relationships and dedication of being fastidious with each transaction has resulted in multiple record results for his clients.
