Peter Vetten

Peter is a property professional with over 30 years experience, 24 of which has been spent as a Raine & Horne Principal.

Commenced career in 1983

Following various university studies and completing my Real Estate License in 1983, I went into Merchant Banking as their property guru. They were great times but in 1992 I decided it was time to work for myself and I set up my own real estate office.

After a slow start I made a quantum leap by joining Raine & Horne franchise in 1998 as the first metropolitan office. Best decision of my career. Since this time we have seen better systems, faster technology, greater client expectations and many changes to the laws that govern our industry. I am a firm believer that we need to constantly embrace new technology and be active in updated learning seminars; otherwise you can't possibly grow as an individual or a business.

In recent times I had been the principal and director in Raine & Horne Commercial (WA) as well as Raine & Horne Community Projects, which specialize in retirement villages, group dwellings development and land subdivision.

For many years it has been my dream to be the owner of Raine & Horne Mandurah as it has been in the top 5% performing offices in the whole  Raine & Horne Group and a top office in WA. There are also all the ingredients for continuing and improving success due to the recent and continuing growth of the region development in the area.

To be able to have an experienced and dedicated team with me is the springboard for continued success. We will be constantly implementing new technologies and more importantly will continue to provide the excellent service that Raine & Horne Mandurah has been renowned for.
