Phil started his real-estate career in 2002 and finds the industry very rewarding as he loves helping and guiding people when they are making sometimes the most important decisions in their life. Having lived in the Maryborough district his entire life Phil is definitely a born and bred local. He is happily married with 2 adult children who are both raising their families locally. One of the most enjoyable parts of the job for Phil is getting to know his sellers and buyers. He finds that sitting around their dinner table discussing their past and where they are headed in the future interests him as well as helps him to pinpoint the perfect property which they are sure to love.
