Phil entered the management rights industry in 2007 when he purchased the rights to a large holiday resort in Main Beach, which he ran for over 9 years.

Phil joined the successful team at MR Sales as a management rights broker in 2014 after a long and successful career in finance and accounting and since then has completed many successful management rights sales as a result of his hard work and determination, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the management rights industry.

Phil’s expertise lies firstly with helping Sellers prepare their complex for sale correctly and secondly by qualifying his evolving database of Buyers so their expectations are met.
