Philip recently shifted from his role as Elders’ SA State Real Estate leader to dedicate himself full-time in rural land sales for the Fleurieu Peninsula, Adelaide Hills, and Regional South Australia.
He is delighted to be returning home to the Fleurieu Peninsula where he was born and bred as a fourth generation Back Valley, Victor Harbor and Fleurieu Peninsula local. Philip is deeply involved in rural land sales in the area, leveraging his extensive local knowledge and experience to the advantage of clients and landowners.
With an extensive career at Elders, Philip has held various roles in the Real Estate and Stock agency sectors, including sales, management, and state leadership. Throughout his career, he has established robust business, community, and personal connections across South Australia, forming a wide network with farmers, landowners, investors, lenders, and business professionals.
